Terms of Service

PURCHASES:

·        Purchase represents acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein

All Custom Orders: 

·        Custom upholstery, reupholstery, draperies, hardware and window treatments can be cancelled, modified or returned one time within 2 days from date of sale to avoid cancellation/modification fees. After 2 days, your right to modify or cancel your order is subject to a modification/cancellation/return fee in the amount of 50% of your purchase.

·         Cancellation credits after 48 hours from date of sale will be issued in the form of store credit, less applicable restocking, delivery, and pick up fees.

·        Cancellations or returns made within 48 hours from date of sale will be credited in the original form of payment, less applicable restocking, delivery, and pick up fees.

Custom Furniture Refinishing:

·        All purchases require payment in full at time of sale and are non-refundable after 2 days from date of sale.

Dis-assembly and Re-assembly:

·        All purchases require payment in full at time of sale.

·        The Main Street Workroom will honor cancelations to Disassembly and Reassembly up to 10 days prior to date of Install.

·        Return/Cancellation credits after 48 hours from date of sale will be issued in the original form of payment, less applicable restocking, delivery, and pick up fees.

Deliveries and Storage:

·        Customer agrees to accept delivery or arrange for pick up within 35 days of the order being available. After 35 days of the order being available for delivery or pick up, the customer understands and agrees to a 2.5% storage fee per month for the cost of any and all goods for up to 6 months. The customer must arrange pick up or delivery no later than 6 months from date of availability. After 6 months, your order will be deemed cancelled and you will be responsible for any applicable cancellation and storage fees.

·        Delivery charges are not refundable for unsuccessful attempted deliveries (i.e. customers who are not at delivery address during agreed date/time or for merchandise orders which do not fit into building/residence) or canceled deliveries less than 24 hours from scheduled delivery. An additional delivery fee will be required.

·        The Main Street Workroom is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to out of stock raw materials, materials delayed from vendors, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of The Main Street Workroom.

CHARGES / REFUNDS:

·        Customer authorizes, understands and agrees that all charges, balances, and fees as outlined in the Terms of Sales can be charged on customer’s credit card provided at time of sale.

·        All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment

·        Check or cash refunds will be issued in the form of a check and will be mailed to customer within 10 days of cancellation.
