Julianne Hidirsah
CEO / Co-Founder
Custom design has always been second nature to Julianne. Raised in her family’s Bergen County workroom, she learned early that craftsmanship, consistency, and client trust are non-negotiable. She later spent a decade in New York City’s fine-dining world, training at Michelin Star level, where precision is expected, standards are exacting, and excellence is the baseline. That experience refined her eye, sharpened her discipline, and shaped her leadership style. Today, as co-founder of The Main Street Workroom, Julianne brings a luxury mindset to custom interiors: disciplined execution, decisive direction, and details handled without compromise. She doesn’t follow trends, she sets the standard.
George Pecoraro
COO / Master Installer & Upholster
George is the operational backbone of The Main Street Workroom. As a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer and PowerView Pro, he brings deep technical expertise, exacting precision, and a disciplined approach to every project. A Bergen County native, he understands the standards and expectations of clients throughout the NYC metro area and delivers accordingly. Having learned the window treatment trade from the ground up, George leads installations with authority and calm control. He oversees execution from initial measuring through final installation, trains new team members, and ensures every system, detail, and finish meets the firm’s uncompromising standards. Where vision is set, he makes it real.
Ennis Hidirsah
Co-Founder / Former President
Ennis Hidirsah’s journey in upholstery began in 1971, when he immigrated to the U.S. and joined his father in opening their first family workroom in Fort Lee, NJ. Immersed in the art of craftsmanship from a young age, Ennis developed a deep appreciation for detail, quality, and the stories behind every piece. Years later, he partnered with his daughter Julianne to open The MainStreet Workroom carrying forward a proud family tradition and blending generations of skill with a dedication to personalized service. Ennis currently overseas operations for the Shop At Home service located in St Augustine, FL.
Connie Brienza
Head of Business Development & Growth
Bringing more than two decades of leadership across HR, sales, and operations at top tier retail brands, Connie joins the family business alongside Julianne, George and Ennis to help lead its next chapter of growth and expansion. Her career has been rooted in people building high performing teams, nurturing strong cultures, and driving business results with compassion and clarity. Having held senior roles at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and Saks Fifth Avenue, and with roots in luxury retail and showroom operations, Connie brings a keen eye for customer experience and operational excellence. Now, she applies that same expertise to scaling the company’s presence in new markets ensuring that the family’s legacy of craftsmanship and service grows with intention and impact. Splitting her time between St. Augustine, FL and Hackensack, NJ.
